Legal Department of "Arbitr-H.T.İ Konsaltinq" LLC Holding (legal and accounting services for legal and natural persons) offers the following services:

Legal Department implements its activity in two directions:

• Rendering legal services to the Holding and its constitutors;
• Rendering paid legal services to entrepreneurs not included in the Holding and to legal and natural persons under a contract.

The Legal Department realizes its activity in three forms:

• Rendering of legal services,
• Representation in state authorities, administrative bodies and courts;
• Organizing staff work in enterprises (it includes keeping control over documentation of hiring and dismissing in these enterprises, preparing projects of orders and labor contracts, giving instructions to the newly hired workers, keeping documents in an appropriate order).

The Legal Department vouches for rendering qualitative legal services to customers

• In preparation of applications, statement of claim,
• Preparation of legal entity’s constituent documents (foundation agreement, Articles of association etc.),
• Execution of court decrees,
• Representation in arbitration courts,
• Registration and documentation of natural and legal persons’ immovable property as well.

At present the Legal Department provides legal services to «Bakıelektrikshebeke» OJSC under a contract.
